Once you have completed your onboarding and you have your categories and add-ons setup you will want to start setting up your rate types. To set up a new rate follow the steps below.

1. Click on the My property Module and navigate to the CategoriesTab.

2. Select the category you want to create a rate for and click on + New Room Rate.

3. Give your rate a name. If it is your first rate make sure that it is the lowest price you would offer so that you can create derived prices from it.

4. Enter the unique selling point of the room to be visible on your booking engine and the occupancy for the room according to the rate you are creating.

5. Enter the rate amount, this should include VAT and all of the add-ons the room comes with.

6. Choose whether to include breakfast in the deal, if it is your base/first/lowest rate do not include this.

7. Select whether to include a prepayment or not, if you do choose a prepayment you will need to set up a check in online link in your pre-stay document.

8. Choose whether to have the rate visible on your booking engine.

9. Set your default restrictions to the right of your screen.

10. Click Save.

• Once your base rate has been created you can derive various other rates from it.

• You can also create separate rates for your OTA’s.
