In Portugal, it is mandatory to deliver the SAF-T file every month on the Tax Authority portal. On RoomRaccoon you can easily export the file as well as an annual audit file if necessary.
To export the file, follow the steps below
Access the Reports menu in your PMS.
2. On the upper left side you will find two boxes referring to the month and year that you must select according to your wishes.
3. You must then select Monthly SAF-T or Annual SAF-T, according to the required document.
Monthly SAF-T - Document that must be delivered to the Tax Authority every month.
Annual SAF-T - Document required in case of an audit of your accommodation, as it gives information for the entire year.
What should I do if I get a SAF-T file error?
It is possible that you receive a SAF-T file error due to a number of reasons. Please open a new ticket and our support system will be happy to assist.
