Adding Prepayments to My Ratetype

RoomRaccoon offers you the ability to have your rates request a partial or full payment You can (if you work with a payment provider) have your rates set up to ask for a partial or full amount prepayment.

1. Click on “My property” (key icon).

2. Under the room types tab, you will find all your rate types per roomtype.

3. Click on the name of the rate type you which to add the prepayment to.

4. Add the desired amount prepayment (10% to 100%)

Good to know

• If you don’t have a Payment Service Provider (PSP) you will receive an error message that the payment is not validated so only do this if you have one.
