How to Find Prior Guests

RoomRaccoon keeps a list of all prior guests and bookers. When guests make a booking all the data is kept on the system for future visits and guest preferences - this is one way RoomRaccoon aims to empower you by making sure your user experience is as seamless and convenient as possible.

Here’s how to find prior guests

1. On your agenda click on the Bookers & Guests icon on the left of the screen.

2. Here you can find a Booker and a guest tab - Bookers are usually people or an OTA that makes the booking on behalf of the guest. The guest is the person who will be staying on the property.

3. On each guest, you may edit guest data by simply clicking on their name. You may update this information so that you have accurate guest information.

Good to know

• Bookers can also be guests if they made a direct booking.

• With guest data, you may send your guests personalised birthday messages and encourage them to visit with a discount code.

• In account settings, you can find a section called Guest Data, where you can set parameters on data that is required (or not).
