When you give your co-workers their own logins it’s easier to track down changes made on each reservation by each member. This is one way in which RoomRaccoon promotes accountability and transparency in front desk operations.
On each reservation, there is a timeline that reports all the actions made on the reservation and which of your co-workers facilitated these changes.
How to Access the timeline
Access the Reservations Tab on the left of the screen.
Under the Calendar module, click on the reservation.
Once on the reservation, click the timeline tab.
See the overview of changes made on the reservations.
