When setting up your documents you can hyperlink words so that when clicked they redirect you to a specific link. To do this access your documents via account and configure your document by adding a hyperlink.
How to add the hyperlink
Click on the Documents Tab on the left of the screen and navigate to the Set Up overview.
Choose which document you want to add the hyperlink on e.g booking confirmation, pre-stay or post stay documents.
Ensure that your template is set to automatic.
Under custom content, you can write your message to your guest. To insert the hyperlink simply highlight the words that you'd like to hyperlink.
Click the link icon under the custom content
Click the link icon under the custom content
A pop-up will be displayed, enter the URL here and click OK.
Scroll down to an example on the document and where you’ve added a hyperlink this should now be in green.
Click save on the top right.
Good to know
A hyperlink may only be added on a document that has been set to automatic template;it cannot be configured in a custom template document.
