The RoomRaccoon housekeeping overview is designed to ensure the best communication between team members as well as ensure that housekeeping is organised as best as possible.
With this overview, you can view your rooms per day and their statuses as well as see a forecast of check-ins, check-outs and stay overs. This is to ensure that the housekeeping team ensures that the property is well prepared for each guest's arrival and departure.
Status
Your overview provides you with the status of each room. Statuses include dirty, ready to inspect, etc. To change the room status, simply click on the desired status and it will be updated on RaccoonHousekeeping.
Arrival and departure date
The arrival and departure date section lets you know how many guests will be arriving and at what time they will be arriving. For Stay over guests, the number of nights stay is also included.
