New Features
Room Allotment
Our Room Allotment feature is specifically designed to make group block reservations for specific rooms an effortless process. It benefits travel agents, corporate organisations, and individuals planning weddings or private celebrations. With this feature, you can easily book multiple rooms within a designated period, streamlining the reservation process.
As the manager of Room Allotment, you can assign rooms to guests or leave the task to the booker or the guests themselves.
Partial Invoicing
We've introduced a new feature for larger properties that handle group bookings - partial invoicing. You can now offer guests and bookers a partial charge or invoice. This feature allows you to easily charge a certain percentage of the full amount for each reservation.
Documents for Grey Rooms
You can now effortlessly generate automated check-in and check-out documents, along with timely payment reminders for your grey rooms. This update ensures a seamless experience for managing your grey rooms and keeping track of payments.
New User Role
We have added a new user role called "Junior Front Desk" to the system's existing roles. The Junior Front Desk role has enhanced security permissions with the same restrictions as the current Front Desk user role. Additionally, it has additional limitations to ensure increased security.
Detailed & Daily Reports
Get a detailed view of your revenue performance from all sources, making it easier to understand your revenue breakdown with our Detailed & Daily Revenue Reporting functionality.
Year on Year Revenue Report
Clear operational visibility is crucial for improving business operations. Our new Year-on-Year Reports (YoY) functionality provides comprehensive insights into your revenue performance year-on-year to understand your revenue streams and improve your revenue management efforts.
Invoice and Credit Notes Series
We've improved how we handle credit and invoice notes by labelling them separately within their own series for better identification. This will allow you to keep track of the number of credit notes you have issued.
