RoomRaccoon offers two packages should you be interested in activating the website builder as an upgrade:
1. Standard Upgrade Package
This package costs you only an upgrade slot. This is a self-service package for hoteliers who would like a more hands-on approach to designing their website. With this package, you will receive access to the website builder platform and will build the site yourself. In this package, you receive one go-live session.
2. Premium Upgrade Package
This package costs you an upgrade slot, with an additional once-off payment of 500 euros. This package offers you the selection of one premium template layout suitable for creating multi-language, multi-page websites. These templates are designed by award-winning UX designers and can be customized to match your hotel's unique colour scheme and branding. With this package, you receive one design feedback session, and one go-live session to be assisted in taking your site live.

- RoomRaccoon's responsibility is limited to website design in both packages.
- The team handles layout, template personalisation, and the website's overall look and feel.
- Content, imagery, copywriting, and translations are not covered and must be provided by the hotel or an external agency.
- RoomRaccoon does not manage or provide setup/support for Google Analytics, tracking, or Google Console.
- The website builder platform is available only in English, without multi-language support.
