Airbnb messaging
Airbnb usually doesn't send the correct email information to RoomRaccoon as this is how messaging setup on Airbnb.
In order for us to get the correct email information so we can send the automated documents, or any other kind of documents, we need to activate this on Airbnb.
How to activate email messages on Airbnb?
1. Go to your Airbnb account
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and click on Account
3. Click on the Notifications tab
4. In the Notifications tab scroll down until you come to Guest and Host messages and click on edit under the messages
5. Make sure that email button is turned on.
