Ses.hospedajes are the Police Reports that replace the former Guardia Civil and Policia Nacional. This Police Reports connection is not to be used for Mossos d'Esquadra and Ertzaintza.
How is Data Transferred?
The data is sent in two batches:
1. Reservation batch:
This batch is sent automatically everyday at 04h00 UTC for all reservations made or cancelled that day. This batch contains the following mandatory information:
Reservation number
Day when the reservation was made
Check-in date
Check-out date
Booker Name
Booker Last Name
Booker Email or phone number
2. Guest details batch:
This batch is sent automatically everyday at 04h00 UTC for all reservations that have completed the online check-in or where the reservation status has been changed to checked-in. This batch contains the following mandatory information:
Name
Last name
Second last name (Spanish guests)
Type of document
Document number
Support document number (only Spanish DNI for Spanish guests)
Date of birth
Address
Municipality code (Spanish guests)
Municipality (city, town, etc..) (Spanish guests)
Post code
Country
Email or phone number
Relation with other guest if there is a guest under the age of 18
NB! These fields are mandatory for ALL guests that are part of the reservation.
Good to know:
If reservation or guest data failed to send, Ses.Hospedajes will contact the hotel directly to inform you exactly which information was missing or what the reason for the failure was.
This information can then be used to update the reservation in RoomRaccoon and you can attempt to resend that information via the Police Report tab in the Reports module.
