RoomRaccoon allows you to include add-ons of your choice that the guest can add to their booking which will also be reflected on the invoice.
Creating the Add-ons
1.Navigate to the my property tab on the left side of the screen and then select the add-on tab.
2. Add-ons can be created and displayed in the Booking Engine by clicking on the ‘+ Add Add-On’ icon at the top right-hand side of the screen.
3. You can also choose whether the created add-on should be visible on the breakfast list or on the housekeeping list. This comes in handy when the housekeeping, for example, has to set up twin beds or needs to add an extra bed or cot into the room.

If you also want the add-on to show on your booking engine you will also need to select which roomtype has this add-on option.
To do this, follow these steps.
1. Click on the my property tab on the left side of your screen.
2. On the room type you’d like to add, click on manage room type.
3. Select which add-ons you want to connect to the room type.
4. Click Save!
You can upsell in the online check-in with RaccoonUpsell. Set this up on your add on preferences by checking the upsell feature.
Good to know
Enabling charge on a per person basis adjusts the price according to the number of guests. Remember you should NOT check both options to calculate per person and to calculate per number of items - choose one.
Bookable via Booking engine - Gives add on availability in advance when making the booking via the booking engine.
Add-ons are perfect for upselling, as they help increase the overall experience at the property.
