How To Add Breakfast for Specific Days

Do you have a guest staying at your hotel for a few days who only want breakfast on one of those days? You can easily do this by updating the reservation in the Calendar.  

Step 1: Click on the Reservations Module on the left of your screen and navigate to the Calendar tab.

Step 2: Click on the guest reservation.

Step 3: Navigate to Add-ons under the Pricing field on the left of the screen and click on the chain symbol next to the add-on to select the specific date.

Note: To pick a specific date, make sure the "calculate per night" option is turned off in the Add-Ons field within your My Property module. 

Step 4: Once you have checked the box for booking the Add-on and chosen a specified date click save on your top left.

Good to know

• Add-ons can be added manually or pre-saved. If you want to use specific add-ons frequently, we recommend that you pre-save them in your system under the main Add-ons tab in the Property module.
