Connecting to RoomRaccoon

• Assa Abloy uses a specific hardware e.g VingCard. 

• There are two types of software used by Assa Abloy which are Vision and Visionline. 

• RoomRaccoon only integrates with Visionline. If you are using visionline send us a static IP address and provide Room Raccoon with an open port.

• RoomRaccoon will not be able to provide a static IP Address or open port to execute the connection. This solely relies on the Hotelier to provide us with this data. However, your IT manager should be able to assist with acquiring and providing this data.
