How to Add an Inventory to the Add-Ons

It’s important to create an inventory for your add-ons so that an add-on is not overbooked. If you have 3 beds on your property, you can create an inventory so that you can see how many beds are still available to be booked.

1. Click on My property module on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click on the Add-ons tab.

3. Click on a saved Add-on (pencil icon) or create a new Add-on.

4. Select the applicable tick boxes, per person or per night.

5. Click on the per multiple option. Enter the amount you have in your inventory.

6. Enter the maximum amount available to book at one time. Can only 1 bed be booked in a room? Add 1 to the Max. bookable in the Booking engine.

7. Go to the room type where the add-on can be booked and tick this add-on for this specific room type.

Good to know

• The combination of an add-on with an inventory per night CANNOT be manually changed in the number. So do you want to keep an inventory of a bicycle, for example? Make sure that it is not charged per night.

• You can overbook the add-ons on purpose. This can be done by manually booking the add-on to the reservation.
