How to Delete a Document

You can permanently delete a document from your PMS if the document doesn’t serve any purpose or you want to create an entirely new one.


To delete a document


  1. Select your Documents tab on the left of your screen.


  1. Under the Set Up tab find the document you want to delete and click on it. This could be the pre-stay, post-stay, booking confirmation, payment request etc.



  1. Scroll all the way down on the document and click on “Delete this Document Permanently”




  1. You will receive a message from RoomRaccoon if you are sure that you would like to delete the rate. If you are sure, click OK.




  1. The document will be deleted and you will not see it in your list of documents.
