How to Deactivate Online Guest Self Check-Out?

You can deactivate the online check-out by permanently deleting the online check-out document from your account if you choose not to use it. Please double-check that the template is deleted in all languages. 


Please follow these simple steps to delete: 


  1. Go to the Documents module 

  2. Scroll down to the Guest Self Check-Out and Guest Self Check-Out Confirmation. Click to open both documents.

  3. On each document, scroll down to the bottom and click on “Delete this Document Permanently.”

  1. You will receive a pop-up asking you if you are sure that you would like to delete the document. If you are sure, click OK.

  2. The document will be deleted, and your online checkout will be deactivated.
