Italian accommodation facilities are required to communicate ISTAT data to the Region to which they belong on a monthly basis. Thanks to RoomRaccoon you can download the file to upload to the portal of your region.
To fill in guest data for ISTAT simply do the following.
Click on the Bookers & Guest Tab on the left of the screen and open the guest section
Fill in the "Country" field for each guest.
If the customer is Italian, the "City" field must also be completed
Click Save!
