Where Can I Download the Total Turnover for My Rooms

On RoomRaccoon you can view a management report on your turnover for white rooms and grey rooms. To do this you must access the reports tab and find the white rooms and grey spaces tab. 

There is a  difference between grey rooms and white rooms. White rooms are bookable for reservations and are.

How can I view total turnover

To view total turnover for white rooms

1. Access the report's overview.

2. Scroll down until you see the “Key figures - White Rooms” section.

3. See the recognised net and gross value for your rooms here.

To view total turnover for grey rooms

1. Access the Reports Tab on the left of the screen. 

2. Scroll down until you see the “Key figures - Grey Spaces” section.

3. See the recognised net and gross value for your grey spaces here.

• These are Management Reports and cannot be used for your financial reports or declarations. For the tax figures, use RoomRaccoon Accounting Connectivity / Financial Reporting Module.
