The ability to have flexibility on reservation dates is vital to effective room management. On the RoomRaccoon PMS, you can change the dates of a pre-existing booking by changing the dates on the reservation itself.
How to change dates of booked reservations
Access the reservation tab and click on the reservation you want to change.
On the reservation details change the dates on arrival and departure dates.
Click Save
Good to know
When making changes to the booking, the reservation takes the prices that were in the channel manager at the moment of booking.
If the booking has been made through an external channel, you will need to make changes from the Booking channel not RoomRaccoon.
