Holobit Accounting Software (Croatia)

Finally! An Accounting software for Croatian Hoteliers! RoomRaccoon is now fully integrated with Holobit Accounting. 

With our new Holobit integration, you can have all of your financial processes, revenue and payments communicated between your RoomRaccoon PMS and Holobit Accounting Software. We achieve this by sending your invoices to the accounting software daily. The best part is that invoices get generated automatically upon check out and, thereafter, it gets sent every evening to your accounting software, saving you time and money! Managing your finances has never been this easy! 

Getting Started!

1. Sign up with Holobit Accounting Software. 

2. Add all of the needed ledgers that will be used for your accommodation, city tax, and add-ons, including their VAT percentages, extra vat percentages, and VAT codes. Need help adding the ledgers? Visit How to create ledgers.

3. Contact a Customer Success Manager at RoomRaccoon to complete the integration. 

Good to know! 

• You will need the following credential information in order to complete the connection: 

• HolobitFtpUser – the ftp username.

• HolobitHost – the ftp server ip address.

• HolobitPassword – ftp password for above username and server ip address. (You can easily obtain this information from your Holobit account.)
