Learn how to become an expert RoomRaccoon user and level up your property's operations using the Academy Module.
The Academy Module is an educational hub designed to help you use the RoomRaccoon system optimally. It presents you with opportunities to unlock and set up features and tools to optimise your property in three key areas: guest experience, property automation, and connections.
The more use you make of the system, the more points you collect, and the closer you’ll get to expert status!
How to Use RoomRaccoon Academy?
Step 1: Click on the Academy Module on the left of your screen.
Step 2: Under the System Usage tab, you will find your performance overview and point system.
Step 3: Click on the Improve Now buttons for information to learn how to use the specific feature or tool and improve both your ability to enhance your revenue and overall experience of the system.
How does the points system work?
When you unlock or set up a new feature, your RoomRaccoon experience and score improve. Essentially, the more you take advantage of the system, the better your property will perform and the more benefits you'll get in return. Utilising the system can lead to an increase in your point total.
You will be able to see how well you are using the system according to the three categories below:
Guest Experience - Documents, RaccoonPay, Discount Codes, Add ons
Property Settings - Yield, Mobile App, Rate Plans, Logins
Connectivity - POS, Booking Channels, Google Hotel Ads, Accounting
