Forgot My Password - What Should I Do?

The RoomRaccoon support team does not know your password, but we can easily set a new one for you. If you forget your password, please contact us by calling our helpdesk. 


You can also ask another system user from your team with managerial rights to reset your password. 



Good to know


  • Keep in mind that your password also protects any stored credit card details. Once you reset your password, you cannot access previous credit cards until you enter the correct password. 

  • Changing the email in your account settings will also change the username  of your account. Always use the email address in your account settings.
