The billing page in your RoomRaccoon account shows you:
- all the information you need to know about your subscription
- your upcoming and current invoices from RoomRaccoon
- the invoices you have received from RoomRaccoon in the past
Where can I find the billing page
Click the Settings tab on the bottom left of the screen and then click on the Billing Tab from the options at the top of the screen.
What information can I find on this page
Your company data and bank account detailsthat RoomRaccoon should use for the monthly or annual invoice.
Download and pay your RoomRaccoon invoices by clicking on "view invoice" on the right side of the page.
You can also switch from monthly to yearly payments.
Good to know
What do I need to do if the subscription fee should be subtracted from a different bank account? If you are working with direct debit, you need to set this up for your new bank account and you need to change your bank account on the billing page in RoomRaccoon.
What do I need to do if I want to switch from yearly to monthly payments? Please inform our finance team by sending an email to billing@roomraccoon.com.
If you want to decrease the number of rooms you have. Open a new ticket with the rooms you want to archive.
