On your Financial Report overview, you may see amounts on your unallocated cell. This is usually due to add-ons that have not been added to ledgers and as a result are unaccounted and unallocated.
How to manage unallocated lines
Navigate to your Finance Tab.
Click on the Finance tab
On the Total Overview you will see Unallocated amounts for each month.
Download the file for the month you want to view/manage. To do this scroll up and next to the month, click on the download button.
You will have to scan the document and see which of your add-ons are unallocated and add these to the correct Ledger on Property Settings.
