Once a guest makes a reservation from your Booking Engine, the account holder will receive an email from RoomRaccoon notifying them that a new reservation has been made.
Once a guest makes a reservation you will receive a copy of their booking confirmation which will include all guest data with relevant information to the guest’s stay.
