On RoomRaccoon you are able to manually adjust a rate if you want to discount your guests as a way to show gratitude. This can also be done if you want to offer a family and friends discount.
To manually adjust the rate, see the following steps
Click on the reservation you would like to adjust.
Add the rate-type to the reservation. Do this by clicking on the arrow icon in the reservation:
When opening the reservation, you first need to add the rate-type you want to use.
The system will automatically calculate the rate which is known in the channel manager.
In order to change the rate, click on the pencil icon on your right hand side under the part pricing.
Click save.
Good To Know
You will know that the rate has been manually overridden when the pencil icon changes into an arrow.
You can undo the changes by clicking this arrow.
