Pegasus CRS Connection

Modified on Fri, 23 Dec, 2022 at 2:50 PM

The Pegasus CRS is a newly certified booking channel connectivity in RoomRaccoon that will help you optimise your hotel’s distribution strategy by connecting you with powerful global distribution systems.

Pegasus is not only the best-rated cloud-based reservations system in the world, it will also give you access to hundreds of channels.

How does the Pegasus integration with RoomRaccoon work?

Pegasus CRS connects to major GDSs, including Worldspan, Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo. RoomRaccoon’s direct interface makes it easy to keep room availability up-to-date for all GDS bookings. This includes new reservations, changes to existing reservations, and cancellations. You can also manage live rate updates directly from RoomRaccoon.

Requirements for the Pegasus integration with RoomRaccoon

To connect, you must be a Premium or Enterprise RoomRaccoon subscriber and pay a £100 once-off activation fee. (The activation fee is for the highly manual and time-consuming connection set-up.)
If you meet the requirements, you can register for the connection here or Connect to Pegasus in the RoomRaccoon Marketplace.

How to connect to Pegasus in the RoomRaccoon Marketplace.

Click on the Marketplace Tab on the left of the screen and navigate to the Connectivities Tab.

Under available connections, click on the Bookingchannel Tab and select Pegasus by clicking on the + icon.

Good to know

  • If you want the Pegasus connection, you need to reach out to RoomRaccoon directly instead of Pegasus because Pegasus will not help you to set up the connection. Once you have reached out to us, we will connect you to Pegasus, and Pegasus will ask you to provide them with your rates, availability, and room categories.

  • Important: The rate plans and room categories you provide to Pegasus must match the rate plans and room categories in RoomRaccoon because that is what we will need to map the correct rates and categories for you.

  • Pegasus was named Best CRS 2020 by Hotel Tech Report. With more than 30 years of experience in global distribution, Pegasus serves hotels across 120 countries from eight offices worldwide. Pegasus merged under the Cendyn brand in January 2022.
