How to Add Raccoonhousekeeping Notes From the Reservation

You can add remarks for your housekeeping team in the reservation. This is done so that you can communicate beforehand to the housekeeping team should the guest require extra products or services for example extra glasses, linen, specific clothing hangers etc.

How to add a housekeeping note in the reservation

1. Click in the Reservation module on the left of the screen. 

2. Under the Calendar tab click on the reservation. 

3. Scroll down until Housekeeping remarks. 

4. In the “Note” section, add your remark

Good to know

• You can add the room type for the specific remark as well as the date which will show in the housekeeping overview when the date is selected.

• You will find captured notes that were on the overview tab under Housekeeping.
