Our Support Help Centre

We have launched our Support Help Centre, designed to improve our ticketing and customer support processes.


The Support Help Centre will make it easier for customers to submit support requests, track their progress and get the help they need quickly.

 

Here’s what you can expect from the Support Help Centre:


  • A single point of contact for customer support.

  • An easy-to-use customer portal to view and track your support requests.

  • An educational hub where you can search for help articles and videos for instant information.


How to Submit a Ticket? 

 

You can submit a ticket by following these steps: 


Step 1: Navigate to the question mark in the bottom right corner of your screen; 

Step 2: Click Help Centre;

Step 3: You should automatically be redirected to our new help centre. However, you may be redirected to a login page in some instances (as seen below). You do not have to insert any login details. Simply click on the ‘knowledge base’ at the top of the screen.



Step 4: Change the language of the Help Centre; 

Step 5: View our Help Centre articles in the knowledge base; 

Step 6: View all your tickets;  

Step 7: Submit a new ticket and view the progress.
