  • RaccoonPay enabled in your RoomRaccoon account

Negotiated Rates Included in the Download Sheet

A small but powerful improvement to the Booker & Guest Download Sheet: You can now clearly see which bookers have a negotiated rate applied, making reporting and rate checks faster and more transparent.

Discover & Diners Payment Method Now Live

You can now offer Discover & Diners as payment methods in your HMS. It is a popular payment solution for North American guests. This is available to all customers using RaccoonPay

How to activate:

  1. Open your Payments module

  2. Go to the Onboarding tab

  3. Scroll down to Payment Methods

  4. Enable Discover & Diners

  5. Submit

That’s it—just let your guests know you are ready to accept even more payment options. 

LTS GuestPass

We’ve introduced support for the LTS GuestPass, expanding compatibility and improving guest access management for supported properties.

 The GuestPass is a temporary digital hotel card which grants guests access around the property and its facilities,  making the check-in process smoother for both you and your guests.
