The new Daily Dash gives you a real-time overview of your property’s day. It brings together key operational, revenue, and risk insights in one central place—so you can instantly see what needs attention and where opportunities lie. You can find this new Module in your main menu.
The dashboard focuses only on active bookings. Cancelled, blocked, and allotted reservations are excluded from all counts and charts to keep your insights accurate and actionable.

Bringing PayPal to You
Our Payments Team is excited to introduce PayPal to RoomRaccoon payments. We’re currently looking for pilot properties who are eager to try it out.
To join the pilot, you’ll need:
An active PayPal Business account that can receive payments
RaccoonPay enabled in your RoomRaccoon account
Negotiated Rates Included in the Download Sheet
A small but powerful improvement to the Booker & Guest Download Sheet: You can now clearly see which bookers have a negotiated rate applied, making reporting and rate checks faster and more transparent.
Discover & Diners Payment Method Now Live
You can now offer Discover & Diners as payment methods in your HMS. It is a popular payment solution for North American guests. This is available to all customers using RaccoonPay.
How to activate:
Open your Payments module
Go to the Onboarding tab
Scroll down to Payment Methods
Enable Discover & Diners
Submit
That’s it—just let your guests know you are ready to accept even more payment options.
LTS GuestPass
We’ve introduced support for the LTS GuestPass, expanding compatibility and improving guest access management for supported properties.
The GuestPass is a temporary digital hotel card which grants guests access around the property and its facilities, making the check-in process smoother for both you and your guests.
