The Add-on Mapping feature allows you to automatically grant guests access to shared or common doors based on add-ons linked to their reservation.

This is useful for providing access to areas such as:

• Parking areas

• Spa facilities

• Gym areas

• Other shared spaces within your property

This feature is available for the following door lock integrations:

• RemoteLock

• Salto KS

• Nuki

• TTLock

If you want to make use of the feature:

• Make sure you have one of the door lock integrations mentioned above. 

• Reach out to our Support team to help set it up. 

How it works

Add-on selected during online check-in

When a guest selects an add-on during online check-in:

• Access to the connected door is automatically created

• The guest receives access together with their room access

Important: Make sure the %roomkey% tag is included in your online check-in confirmation so the guest receives their access code.

Add-on added after check-in

If an add-on is added after the guest has already checked in:

• The system updates the existing access automatically

• The additional door is added to the guest’s access

• The access code remains the same

Important notes

• Only add-ons connected to doors will trigger additional access

• This feature works with supported PIN code-based integrations only

• Once configured, the process runs automatically in the background
